Fin's Photo Picks
The Finman is headed to the East Coast in the morning to spend a few weeks. As a parting gift, I gave him the option to pick some photos for the blog. He's been itching to get a few more of my Dauphin Island Photos into the light of the world wide web.

Thanks Angel. I wanted the world to see and remember what the shoreline looked like before.
ReplyDeleteSafe trip and wonderful to see you last night! -Lu
ReplyDeletelovely area! I hope it doesn't get too badly affected by the stupid spill.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful. We are headed to Galveston this weekend.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos - I can see why you like the place. Sad to think of this being a "before" gallery, though. I can hardly bear to think about the devastation that's happening down in the Gulf coast.
ReplyDeleteFin, I know honey. It was on my mind again today as we kayaked and watched the least terns diving in the water.
ReplyDeleteLu, glad you came, wish it had been more fun for you.
Dorrie it is very beautiful and we all hope for good things. It's very frightening.
Wildstorm, thanks and have a great weekend. It's been a few years since I visited Galveston.
Intelliwench, I'm so worried for the people that make their living in the Gulf and of course, watching the wildlife harmed is just heartbreaking.
I am also proud of you for your volunteer work on the project this weekend. I hope it goes well for you and gives you great satisfaction to be helping in some way.
ReplyDeleteI miss you a lot, and I'm not even back yet.
Thanks Darling. I'm glad I get the chance to help out. Miss you HEAPS!
ReplyDeleteBack in LI and miss you heaps and bunches!
ReplyDeleteLovely place, wish I could visit.
ReplyDeleteChiang Guy, next time you're in the states, we'll at least day trip it.
ReplyDeleteFin Honey, I was hoping for better things but it does seem like these are "before" photos.
