Welcome to Christmas in the deep South, where the flowers are blooming and we dress up shore birds. Okay, these are pansies and they're cold hardy but it was over 70 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday. Today, we have a bit of a cold snap and the temps are only going up to around 58. Sadly, it looks like rain on Christmas Day which is a shame as I was thinking that since it's practically summer we might as well go on a beach walk Christmas afternoon. Who knows, maybe the forecast will change.
Today is catch up day. The libraries are closed and I have a day to make up for the several days I lost to Strep Throat. Shopping and baking, should be a fun day.

Merry Christmas! The scenery looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteCheers,

Just so you know, we MAY in fact have a white Christmas pretty close. They are wondering whether Atlanta and Montgomery may get one.
ReplyDeleteSo keep askin' Santa for one. Ya never know!

Thanks Bobby. It's not a bad place to be. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteFin, honey, I'm not sure I want a white Christmas.
