Mockingbird Blue

It's garden season.  This means there is much too much to do outside for me to be inside computering.

I'm very excited about watching one of our mockingbird couples sit on these egglings.  Mom and Dad Mockingbird were kind enough to build this nest quite low so I should be able to sneak a few photos of their progress. Hopefully, they'll be safe.  It's a wild world out there.

    I have chickadees again this year but they are up to high. I watch the mom and dad feed them everyday though. I love this time of year and look forward to seeing the hatchlings. :)

    Yes, get outside and enjoy the springtime. There will be plenty of time to be indoors later in the dog-days of summer.

    It will be interesting to watch the eggs eventual hatching. You can be their god-mother, or at least their official photographer. :)
